Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the Convento de Cristo was a mix of wonderful views and peaceful location, marred slightly by disruptive noises during the night. Waking up to sights of the river, park, and castle each day was truly special, although the intermittent clunking and motor sounds in the room were unexpected.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were incredibly spacious, clean, and well-equipped, providing excellent value for money. The service was top-notch, with welcoming and helpful staff. The location was amazing, surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens and close to key attractions. The dining experience was pricey but delicious. Overall, a great choice for a relaxing getaway.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a lovely view of the Templar's massive castle and the hotel garden. The staff provided excellent service, especially in the bar and restaurant. The location, surrounded by gardens and with a beautiful view, was perfect for a relaxing time. The dining experience was satisfactory, but there were some issues with the menu choices. Overall, a great experience with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel is spacious and comfortable, with a priceless view of the town and the Templar castle. The service provided was fantastic, although the dining experience could be improved with more options. The location is very close to the center of Tomar, making it convenient for exploring the town.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms felt more like a suite, with a very comfortable bed and an excellent view of the Castle. They were spacious, comfortable, and romantic, adding to the charm of being close to the Templar castle on top of the hill. The service was accommodating, although there was a brief delay due to some internal communication. The location couldn't be better, within walking distance of the 'centro histórico' and with top-notch staff. The dining experience was satisfactory with a good buffet breakfast, and the facilities were great.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel with spacious rooms and a perfect separate foyer from the bedroom. The service was friendly and professional, although it seemed a bit overwhelmed at times. The location was ideal, close to the quiet area of Tomar, making it a great base for exploring nearby towns. The dining options were varied but could use more vegan choices. Overall, a pleasant experience.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious and had all the facilities I needed, including a balcony with a fabulous view looking towards the castle and convent. The little balconies were perfect for enjoying a cup of tea or coffee. Although the decor felt a bit outdated, the big comfy bed and lovely bathroom with bathrobes and slippers provided a luxurious touch. The only downside was that the AC was a little noisy.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel with a great view over the river from my spacious and clean room, although there was a slight tobacco smell. The location was perfect, overlooking the river and near the main attraction Cňnvento de Christo. The dining experience was satisfactory, but some dishes had too much mayonnaise. Facilities were good overall.
